Soft requirements

Skills

• [ ] Ability to complete tasks independently
• [ ] Enjoy working in a team
• [ ] Willingness to work in an English speaking environment (no need to be fluent!)

Mindset

• [ ] Proactive: You don’t need to be told what to do
• [ ] Communicative: You share our opinion and ideas in a transparent manner
• [ ] Growth Mindset: You are always looking to grow personally and professionally

Nice to have

• [ ] You have been part of entrepreneurship groups in the past
• [ ] You are planning to startup your own company in the future

Hard requirements

• [ ] You are currently enrolled as a university student in Tokyo
• [ ] You will remain a student for more than 1 year
• [ ] You are available for 5h per week for Core team activities

Process

The application process to join the core team consists of two parts: online application and interview.
