General Soft requirements

Skills

[ ] Ability to complete tasks independently
[ ] Enjoy working in a team
[ ] Willingness to work in an English speaking environment (no need to be fluent!)

Mindset

[ ] Proactive: You don’t need to be told what to do
[ ] Communicative: You share our opinion and ideas in a transparent manner
[ ] Growth Mindset: You are always looking to grow personally and professionally

Nice to have

[ ] You have been part of entrepreneurship groups in the past
[ ] You are planning to startup your own company in the future

General Hard requirements

[ ] You are currently enrolled as a university student in Tokyo
[ ] You will remain a student for more than 1 year
[ ] You are available for 5h per week for Core team activities
